Originally built as a grain store, Nichols Barn has great character with its large windows and open plan layout. All the bedrooms are on the first floor and enjoy views of the courtyard or the surrounding countryside. This barn is not suitable for wheelchair use and has steps to and from the garden.
As with all the barns, Nichols Barn was named after one of the farm workers employed on the farm.
Nichols Barn sleeps up to 4 guests in 2 king size bedrooms. Both bedrooms have ensuite bath/shower rooms and are fully furnished with all necessary bedding and towels provided*. Each has a 32″ flat screen TV and hairdryer.
Nichols Barn has a stunning kitchen with granite work surfaces and a butler sink. The kitchen is superbly equipped to make catering for your group whilst on holiday easy and stress free including an oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer with chilled water dispenser, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. A Bluetooth DAB FM radio with CD player and iPod dock is also provided in the kitchen area. Nichols Barn has full laundry facilities with a washer dryer, ironing board and iron.
The spacious living area provides a comfortable communal space for relaxing and unwinding after a busy day exploring North Norfolk. An extensive, plush corner sofa awaits with a 50″ flat screen TV with a Blu-Ray DVD player and surround sound.
Nichols Barn features underfloor heating throughout the downstairs with radiators in every room upstairs ensuring a comfortable temperature in the cooler months whilst a woodburning stove provides warmth and ambiance on the coldest of evenings.
A free wireless broadband connection is available to all our guests.
Nichols Barn has a beautifully landscaped, fully enclosed private garden with patio area, furniture and a BBQ; perfect for those long, warm Summer evenings.
