Three Gables is in the centre of the rural village of Newbridge, less than 10 mins from the historic town of Yarmouth. We are at the end of a private drive with plenty of room for 4 or more cars to park. With its 5 spacious bedrooms , 2 of which are en suite, a light and airy lounge and our fabulous bespoke blue kitchen /diner it is the perfect place for friends and families to experience a wonderful holiday.
Peewit Cottage has two bedrooms - a double and box room single, and bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs is an open vaulted open plan living space. On the main site and with views across the village.

Lapwing shares a courtyard with two other cottages. Sleeping 4 and on the main site this is a lovely barn covnersion for your holiday.
Barnett's sleeps 7 in 3 bedrooms. A ground floor twin, upstairs king and triple bedroom. On the ground floor it has a w/c and a walk in shower in the utility room so is ideal for those who prefer to remain on the ground floor.
Platford Barn sleeps up to 5 guests in 2 bedrooms; 1 king size bedroom with ensuite shower room and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds. Both bedrooms are fully furnished with all necessary bedding and towels provided*. Each has a 32″ flat screen TV and hairdryer. Platford Barn also has an upstairs family bathroom with bath and separate shower.
Nichols Barn sleeps up to 4 guests in 2 king size bedrooms. Both bedrooms have ensuite bath/shower rooms and are fully furnished with all necessary bedding and towels provided*. Each has a 32″ flat screen TV and hairdryer.
Originally built as a stable this barn has real character with its wide doors and arched windows. As with all the barns this barn was named after one of the farm workers employed on the farm. All the bedrooms are on the first floor and enjoy views of the courtyard or the surrounding country side.

The open plan layout makes it suitable for large family gatherings and this barn can also be linked with Pentney Barn which sleeps six. As with all the barns this barn was named after one of the farm workers employed on the farm.

As with all the Barns, Pentney was named after one of the farm workers employed on the farm. Mr Pentney worked at Manor Farm for over 40 years.
